We would like to welcome Cattail Creek Family Estate Winery, in Niagara on the Lake Ontario, as the newest member of the Ontalia Family. Ontalia came to know Cattail Creek through the friendship of Roselyn (founder of Cattail Creek) and Angelo Bean. This past November Angelo's sausages were featured by Cattail Creek during the Taste of the Season month long tasting event.  As a result of the success of this event the salsiccia will now be available at the winery year round.
