Cacciatore stylle dry sausages infused with Baco Noir.  Aged many years in wine barrels and subjected  with t baths of Baco Noir during the ageing.the drying take place in contact of espresso coffe beans, cocoa and grapeskin powder.  I dare anyone to copy this!

One of the best tasting I ever been!  14 wines from Ontario and New Zealand tasted blind.  New Zealand lamb, Ontario Cheeses, Smoked trout and my Baco Noir Infused Berkshire Salsiccia were served.
