Hands-on ITALIAN COOKING CLASSES in Prince Edward County!

Angelo Bean’s Prince Edward County Cooking Studio is an expression of his philosophy: “Italian roots in local soil”. Simple authentic Italian regional recipes are prepared with the best produce Prince Edward County as to offer. Born in Naples, Italy, Angelo was surrounded by the agricultural splendour of the area in the shadow of Mount Vesuvius. He learned early in his life the value of simple wholesome cooking using local ingredients. Visit Prince Edward County this summer and treat yourself to one of these special classes – come with a curious mind and a good appetite!

SAUSAGE MAKING

Create your own homemade sausages! Start by grinding fresh meat and stuffing the casings, then Angelo will help you create delicious, artisan sausages. He’ll also share his method of making wine-infused sausages – you’ll make two different ones!  Once the sausages are made, they will be cooked, demonstrating the best techniques. Finally, we’ll enjoy the fruits of our labour at the table, featuring Angelo Bean salumi and other local appetizers! A complimentary glass of local wine will be served.

Join Italian pasta master Angelo Bean for a fun day of creating your own pasta from scratch. Upon arrival, you’ll be offered Angelo Bean’s own espresso bean blend or Pluck Tea, along with a few sweet delicacies from the Pastry House. Angelo will show you the old school way of making pasta. Have some fun with a rolling pin in this hands-on class. Once the pasta is made we’ll sit down to a delicious Italian lunch! A complimentary glass of local wine will be served.
